Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within Australia only. At checkout, you can choose from:

• Standard Shipping — $15
  Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
• Express Shipping — $25
  Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Address Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at rfrecovery01@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at rfrecovery01@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
