Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases

Most products on RF Recovery are sold as one-time purchases. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellation of a one-time order may only be possible before the order has been dispatched — please contact us as soon as possible at rfrecovery01@gmail.com if you need to request a cancellation.

Subscription Purchases

If you purchase a product through a subscription or recurring purchase option, the following terms apply:

  • Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, or by contacting us at rfrecovery01@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged for future cycles, but no partial refund will be issued for the cycle already in progress unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Pausing or Modifying: Where available, you may pause, skip, or modify an upcoming subscription order through your account dashboard prior to the next billing date.
  • Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment details. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully processed within a reasonable period.
  • Price Changes: We will provide reasonable advance notice of any change to subscription pricing before it takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of your purchase option or subscription status.
